Would you like to stop smoking? Many smokers will answer "yes, of course" to that question and some will actually figure out a way to do it. Others will leap right into it ("I'm gonna go cold turkey"), quit for two or three days, and then explode when the cravings overwhelm them (I've been there and I know.)
