What Are the Adverse Health Effects of Smoking Regularly?

Cigarette smoking is a reprehensible and one of the ugliest habits one can take up. Often starting under the pressures from peer groups one soon loses track when it becomes an addiction. Even though more tests are needed on the effects of these it is generally accepted that they are not as harmful as traditional cigarettes. The e cigars are tobacco-free, yet contain amounts of liquid nicotine which vaporizes once the heating mechanism is turned on. This replicates the smoking sensation, and the user the vapour replaces the real smoke produced during tobacco smoking. Although e cigarettes are comparatively risk-free, yet it is recommended that both smokers trying to kick the habit and non-smokers should choose the nicotine free cigarettes over the ones with measured nicotine. Given that chemical nicotine is not completely harmless to the human anatomy this would be all the more effective in getting rid of the habit.
